Hello all. I'm new here and was wondering if you could shed some light on a newly aquired pistol of mine. It is a Hungarian Arms Works model PPH in .380. They seem to be a .380 version of the PA-63. From what I can find they were only imported in 1986 by Interarms. My other question is are there any replacement grips available for these guns, preferably ones with out the thumb rest? Thanks guys!

Thanks. Can you point me to some of your rework threads? My wife wants this one as a carry piece, and I want to fix it up for her. Thanks in advance,

Darren

It is. It just has a .380 barrel and a nifty different name.

Nice looking piece. I think its a Walam 48 Semiauto .380 cal that was mfg by FEG for Egyptian law enforcement. Its the same platform as the PA-63 but is in a .380 barrel. I couldn't make out the side markings. Does yours have an eagle on it? the egyptian model had their national emblem which is an Eagle.

Thanks

No, it is marked PPH and was only imported in 1986 by Interarms.

Wow. That is a dead ringer for my Feg PMK380. I wonder if the importer decided to fiddle with the number so that it looked like he had an exclusive?
