I owe you one. I got the clipdraw in today and installed it on one of the P-64s. What a fit & a neat way to carry with jeans. I can't believe how well it went on.

Your welcome , glad you like it. ;D I'm thinking of getting one for my my 3" nickel M36, and putting a Uncle Mike's boot grip on it. I got a chance to wear one that a friend had and I I liked it, I didn't think I would because of the cylinder, however, for me, wearing it cross draw was very comfortable.

I, too, have the clip draw. It seems to work fine for my P-64, and really helps with the "summerware" issue. A surprisingly simple but cheap and effective solution, at least for some situations.

We that use the "Clipdraw" are Dangerous Individuals according some individuals on the S&W Forum, below is one example, however, more individuals there stated that they were very happy with their clipdraw's [both pistol & revolver] and didn't consider themselves dangerous. I included a pic of my P-64 with the clipdraw on it with my reply as to having found the clipdraw on my P-64 to be one of my favorite CCW modes, however, and I was little surprised; a few downgraded the clipdraw, but no one downgraded the P-64, ;D

Their point is that there is more than an average risk of engaging the trigger accidentally while drawing the gun from it's concealed position. They also believe that there is a lesser risk that since the trigger is unprotected while concealed, that the gun could go off from contact with clothing and adjustments to clothing.

He don't know much about the DA trigger of a P-64 does he.
