I have four of these Makarov undercover/skeleton holsters. I had to work like heck to get my Mak in one! I just got done trying my P-64 it it. Fits perfect!

See them on eBay.
And yes I would part with a couple.

I looked at the picture on Ebay. What was this holster used for. It's called an undercover holster? How was it worn?

It has a belt loop on the back. I really do not see a practical carry use for it. It has been suggested that the belt loop was removed and the holster fastened to furniture (as required) for "undercover" use. Under a table etc.

One thing I know about mounting a holster under a desk or drawer for office workers is that certain German office workers did this during WWII. I read an account about a banker that had his pistol mounted this way in case it is required quickly while at his desk. Sitting at a desk with a flap holster on your waist is not comfortable.
