Saw this near mint ruger at the gunshop today. Now off to the range.

hee hee A Man of many words!!! Looks wonderful and congrats !!! obviously ~ " The Price was Right !" those are reknowned for their accuracy. will 100 rnds. be enough? lol . is that a stamped or solid frame?

Its the first model Ruger put out. Solid steel. It does not have the hold open devise that the MK11 has, but they are gettiing hard to find. Cost was 200 & I have only about 2000rds of .22lr. (The 100rd box was some cci mini-mags I picked up to see how they shoot).

Grayfox, I have one I inherited from my father after he passed away, they are indeed a very nice pistole.

GR,
After checking ruger's site, mine is a standard, not a MK1 (fixed sights). Ser# puts it in the 50's as far as I can tell. I,,m happy as a damn kid with it. :D
