I really wasn't looking for, or planning on getting a PA-63 right now.
I found one with the recoil, trigger, and firing-pin springs already replaced with 2 mags and a cleaning rod for $140.
I felt obligated to buy it.............

I recently picked up one in 9mm short and have just won an auction on GB for one in 9x18, like new, with 2 mags.
The 9mm short shoots well and is a nice lite gun. I'm looking forward to receiving the 9x18.
Watch the two little pins when you take the grips off to clean it. Mine fell out but luckily They did not bounce.

bobtx,
Your going to love it as much if not more than your P-64.
A very good buy at that price.

I see lots of these at gun shows that look like they are newly manufactured. Does anyone know if these new ones are as good as the older ones that were actually used by the Hungarians?

Every now and then you fall into a deal! I was at my dealer's pawn shop last week to pick up a FFL copy for an auction win and another customer was there to sell a few pistols. My dealer told him that I might be interested in the FEG. It was a pristine PA63 with Hungarian military holster and 2 mags. I paid him $120 for it. My dealer had just logged it in and he transferred it to me for no charge.

Greetings to all! .... 1st post here, I hope I"m not hijacking. I just bought a "new" PA63
At the first inspection, I love it.... of course (as I have read) the trigger is AWFUL in both double and single action. The safety lever is tough to move in either direction and the mag guide bites the inside of the frame near the top when inserting..... oh well..... I'll have to get busy and snag some springs, and do a lil filing/polishing. If it weren't 5 degrees here today, I'd be out @ the range with it already!... Any tips on tuning up this neat little pistol would ALWAYS be appreciated.

p.s. If I am posting in the wrong spot, let me knowo please.
