Rumour mill says sarco is in some kind of a legal jam, gun license has been temp. suspended, might be permanant, will find out friday in court

The state supposedly pulled their license due to "book keeping / inventory" errors. It sounded like someone stole some guns! And once the state pulled their license the ATF can pull their FFL for any violation of the state laws!

I feel bad but at the same time....they don't ship to MASS anyways so no skin off my nose.

Rumors also have it that they are about fed up with NJ. Some have stated that they could move to West Virginia or Virginia and have a lot easier time with business.

A close friend of mine used to work for them in his younger years,he told me they were very disorganized,part of the reason he didn't stay there,don't look for the outcome to be good NJ hates guns anyway. I live across the Delaware River from them,1/2 hr. on the Pensyltucky side,thank God!!!!

Well, at least when they say in there adds

"Just found in warehouse.....lost for years, and look what we just uncovered!!!"

.....they're not just blowing smoke as salesmen.
