as always, I had allot of fun shooting with you guys.

I have to make some adjustments to the normal scoring procedure (I should have thought about scoring the turkey targets more before hand ::)) but the scores will be posted this evening (Sunday the 2nd).

Its always good to know that if you are lost in the woods without food, you won't go hungary as long as you have your trusty P64 and there is a turkey only 10 yards away :D.

yea, mine wasn't even worth posting, for some reason I couldn't hit the broad side of the bard with my p64 (I did get an eye shot though)

Uh-oh. I thought we had till Dec. 2 to post. I should have posted last night after I went to the range. Then I read the rules.

Well, I wasn't going to make the record books anyway. And I already won last place on the last shoot. But the remarkable thing was: these are the first bullets I ever made! Except for the one "flyer", which I'll take credit for and not blame the ammo, I did Ok. For me.

Bender, I did the same thing by looking at the first target posted and shot at 7 instead of 10 yards. Read the rules better later after the shoot. I will have to read your post about the weather. Rain, very cold weather and schedule that was unbending prevented me from getting back out to the farm. I wasn't able to get it done. :P Now I will await the winning announcement. ;)

you think you guys had it bad at not fully paying attention to the rules, I just realized that I was shooting at 50 feet when I should have been shooting at 30.... DOH! ::)

I was really hurt, I couldn't get the turkey target to print!!! I was shooting my regular steady stance but the target kept moving around. Do we have any targets that don't move? If so can we use them next time?

I hear that the closer you are to the target, the less it moves

Awww, shucks ya'll, 'bout makin' me blush over here... 8-)

Was a fun day on the range, and fun putting shots on a target different than what I usually shoot at. Thanks to the board for running this, everyone who participated (it sounds like everyone was having fun, which is the whole point after all, right? ;D ), and Boreclear, who was gracious enough to decline the title for his previous win.

I look forward to the next shoot, with as much fun as this was. ;)

Good shooting, guys.

Where do I go to kick in a bit of support to the board? I'm sure there's an icon somewhere, but I'm not seeing it.

Thanks, manicmechanic. I had seen that, I guess, but the "Project 107" confused me.

... of course, sometimes doughnuts confuse me... ::)
