I'm not sure if employees are allowed to CC, but I do it anyways, especially since I usually work nights, sometimes by myself. In the event that the store is held up, we are told to just give them the money. I really don't care too much about a stores money, but I do care about my safety. Thats why I CC at work. If someone points a loaded gun at me and demands money, that becomes personal. I'd rather lose my job than my life!
By all means, make sure it stays concealed if U carry @ work. It's easy to forget that if you have it in your rear waistband, for example, that if you bend over, the shirt tail can come up and end up between you and the gun and suddenly you're shining your gun at the world. Has been known to cause panic.
Yeah, I have to be careful with that sometimes. I wear a zip up smock, which is pretty long, but if I bend down to get something, it will be easily visible.

I carry in my local Safeway, Albertsons and Walmart. No big deal here and I even see a few open carry folk around town on occasion. We got a new cop hired from out of state and he hassled some guy for open carrying when some tourist called in MWAG. He tried to arrest him but then he was shocked to learn that it is legal. Then he tried to arrest him for "disorderly" and "disturbing the peace" but that didn't work since it is private property and he had the land the owner's consent. It was a strange situation and even made the local news. The cop got an education on OC law and he wasn't happy about it. The nerve that a mere citizen be allowed to carrying like one of the "chosen ones". ;)
