Not trying to be a smart alec here........ :: but I think bzinggg is referring to the Tetra teflon grease and teflon additive put in motor oil....... ::) I guess meaning because the loosing up of the safety/decocker making it easier to flip off and on.....that's my guess.
Ladle: a deep-bowled long-handled spoon used especially for dipping up and conveying liquids

P64 and Mak-- one in the tube, safety off ; Zastava, formerly "hot, cocked and locked"--lately, safety off, chamber empty--i had the safety go to "off" a couple of times when i carried it while jogging in the "cocked and locked" mode

Can't help you with the ankle holster, never had one, that's just to darn far to lean over for this old guy, but I would like to welcome you aboard, glad to have you with us, come often and stay late.

Yeah, we full of it here, and we don't mind sharing............... ;D Really though, at least one of us if not more can help with about anything you might need, when it comes the P-64.

Let me ask you about cleaning. In this manual designed for soldiers it says to clean it once a week even if it has not been fired, should I do that? When I shoot I clean right away but I haven't cleaned that often before.

I clean it when I shoot it. Occasionally when I open my safe and appreciate the beauty that are my handguns I wipe it down just because. There really is no reason to clean it weekly as long as it doesn't get carried regularly then there is a chance that something might make it's way into the barrel or other mechanisms so a quick field stripping and wipe down more frequently will suffice.
