Hello from Wyoming

Post by wyo-man »

Hello Everyone, :hi:

You have a nice and informative forum here.

Just purchased a 1969 P-64 (not my first pistol in 9mm Makarov) from a local fun show.
Replaced the recoil spring with one from Wolff.
Replaced the hammer spring with one from Wolff.

There was a "washer" at the top end of the original hammer spring. Should I have put that "washer" back when I replaced the hammer spring from Wolff?

I reload 9mm Mak so will be developing a load for the P-64.

Thank you for quick reply.

I do need to make the safety a bit easier to change from safe to off-safe and vice versa. That is my next project.
