I went to range today to test out the extra power recoil spring and had a weird thing happen. Many times the round would chamber and the hammer cock but the trigger wouldn't reset so I couldn't shoot the gun. I tried different magazines, chambering less rounds. I also tried different ammunition. It didn't make much difference. The pistol worked fine without a magazine and if I racked the slide harder the pistol worked more often. Any ideas what it could be. It worked fine last time and all have done is change the recoil spring. After the first round went through I only had this happen a couple of times.

Believe I just needed to clean it. I put some cleaner through it and looks like it works. I will have to go the range and make sure. Goes back to what Norm says most problems go back to cleaning.
