Welcome there.... I'm a new P-64 owner myself. My hat's off to you for having the capapbility of baking off your cosmo. I went thru two spray cans of WD-40, and a quarter bottle of Hoppe's #9, then coated everything with Outer's gun oil. Now it works like it should. Well, I'll have spare springs when they arrive. Don't need them just yet.

As far as IWB holster's go, I'd go with Walther PPK, CZ, or FEG. They'are close enough to fit a P-64. I do a pocket carry myself for this little gem.
