I found this "Cold War Secret Police belt holster" on GunBroker, it was listed for a Makarov. A guy was selling one on ebay & called it a "Cold War Secret Police belt holster" (I thought that sounded "cooler"), but the guy on GunBroker listed it as "Makarov small arms skeleton holster". It only cost me $3.00 (including shipping), I thought it was worth that just for the fun of it. It actually fits my P-64 pretty good (a little long), he lists that he has 100 of them & the starting bid is $1.00 with $2.00 shipping. I was the only one to bid on it, so if anyone else wanted one I'm sure you could get one for $3.00. I just thought it was kind of strange & interesting & thought I'd see what you guys thought or if anyone knew anything about them. http://gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=89597259
First of all, welcome aboard, glad to have you with us.
Here is mine, I use it for a hid-a-away under my PC desk at home, I screwed the holster to the bottom of my desk top and it holds one of my P-64's, I know someone else that has one too, he give this one.
Neat little holsters........

Wow I must be blind! I looked through the holster forum before starting this thread to see if this holster was already a topic, & I didn't see that thread.
I'm also surprised to see that this was my first post, as you can see I started my account last year after this site convinced me to buy a P-64. I did a lot of reading on here, & used the info from here to change my hammer spring, & smooth out the trigger pull on my P-64. Thanks to everyone for the info. :-*

no problems here, you actually got more people interested than in these holsters than I did so bravo to you, I really like these little guys, they are pretty usefull, I think I'll attach one of mine to something (just got to figure out what and how best to do it)
First time that I ever bid on a dutch auction, it was kind of cool to see all the familiar names as winners. I'll bet if the group were to start buying in bulk we could reap some decent discounts on a lot of interesting stuff.
