ive searched for the Thread that talks about where is the best to buy ammo, for the 9x18, didnt find it, and i cant remember who i bought my last batch from, also where is the best place to get some 223 ammo

If any of yall ready my "wtb brush or feild gun" thread, my uncle gave me a H&R 22 9 shot revolver, i dont no anything about it except its old, it was his dads, do any of yall know anything about it? heres a few pictures

FWIW, I understand the H&Rs to be well-made guns--I know a young man that has one, says it suits him just fine, uses it to dispatch trapped fur-bearers. I think it would make a good glove-box gun myself...

Interesting looking gun. Looks like a Model 922, made from 1930 to 1939. H&R is still in business, just rifles and shotguns these days.

Nice old revolver.
Take it out and enjoy it. There are many advantages to a rimfire handgun. They are an excellent tool for practice. They will develop the skills that will improve all of your pistol shooting.
