Leather Pocket Holster
There is a suede leather pocket holster for sale on Ebay for $15.99 with free shipping. It is for the Walther PPK but the P-64 seems to fit, at least my 1974 model does. It is snug but I think that is probably good and it will loosen as the leather "breaks in".

I got this off Ebay. The seller was in Poland. I have been pretty happy with it.
