Sholder Holster w/thumb break

Post by Boston Boy »

Hiya! Anyone know where I can get a shoulder holster w/thumb break? I'm a long time CZ82 guy who has changed over to the P64. Can't beat this little pistol, it is great!

Thanks rickn8tor,

This military holster is just a bit too large for my purposes. I was thinking of a smaller holster with X shaped straps.

You could buy the harness and have the holster made for it

I use a Galco Classic Lite that I ordered to fit a Walther PPK/S. You can see in the pic where I relocated the tension adjuster to accommodate the larger trigger guard on the P64. With this minor adjustment the holster is a perfect fit.

Here is a second effort to show the slight alteration for my holster. Hopefully it works this time.

The alteration I made is pretty simple. I just removed the tension adjuster and then placed my P64 in the holster with the thumb break closed then just reinstalled the tensioner where it fit.

Well, I've tried two different pics so, if they are not working for you then nothing I have will. The instructions I gave are pretty simple to follow. There is only one piece on the holster other than the shoulder rig that is removable and, that is the tensioner. All I did was move the tensioner to make room for the trigger guard since the P64 has a longer one than the PPKS.

I just recently got a leather should rig off ebay from this outfit overseas, if you don't mind waiting for shipping (about 2-3 weeks) then its a pretty good buy in my opinion. It's specific for the PPK, but my P-64 fits in there like a glove. Total cost with shipping was under $50. I am pretty happy with mine. Let me know if you are interested and I can post some pics and give you the ebay name.
