I picked up a Triple K black leather ankle holster sized to fit the PPK/S, but it was just a tad off from being able to snap the retaining strap. The holster is not wetmolded, and fits snugly with the P-64, but the retaining strap was about 1 snap diameter from being snapped!
The fix: at the trigger guard stitching on the side of the holster, I cut the first two stitches to allow the P-64 to seat further into the holster. Voila! Holster retaining strap now snaps perfectly, securing the pistol with a metal-stiffened snap and is ready for some serious hide-out concealment!
Thought I'd pass along the tip in case some of you have some "won't quite fit" holsters laying around! BTW: this rig and one of my spare p-64's will be offered up on the for sale board soon! I picked up a S&W airweight 042 that is taking over my ankle!
Triple K ankle holster for PPK too small?
