Safe carry with one on pipe decocked and safety on.

Can I safely carry the P64 with one in the chamber hammer decocked as well as they safety on and not worry about it going off or having A AD if it falls?

Awesome thank you so much. Ever thread I have read everyone decocks and keeps the safety off. I've never done that I always keep it on safe as well as decock the hammer. So when it's on safe and decocked it is blocking the firing pin correct? Just trying to be safe while conceal carrying this firearm

Yes the pin is blocked, there is a thread here where there was an AD while carrying in the pants pocket with the safety off.

Thank you that is also how I carry decocked and safety on. Just wanted to make sure before I begin to ccw with it. Awesome little gun ordered a grubber grip and going to polish the feed ramp. Also what can I use to paint the safety dot with I was cleaning it and I kinda wiped it off some? Thank you both for your help. I will not carry it hot and cocked.

No nail polish IS the color. You an get flourescent orange green yellow etc. And they stick real good as long as you use acetone to make sure the sight post is oil free and use a white base coat, the colors will be brighter. This is my taurus PT-111 G2 after painting mine with fingernail polish.

Nail polish is an enamel. So once it dries it is very water and oil resistant. Divers, etc will sometimes mark their aquatic gear with nail polish to identify their gear from others because it's so resistant to the elements. Plus as stated it's available in probably more of a variety of colors that model paint.
