Grip Mod. v.02

Post by makczak »

Greetings all. Been enjoying the discussions of late.
Thought I would share my latest grip mod.
Hand checkered rosewood. Forgot the variety.
Don't know why I put in that thumb groove on the left panel. My thumb rests naturally on the upper rest. Will delete on the next version.
Also thinned out the panels in general. But still retained a comfortable palm swell. Great feel.

The sights are shooting too high from the bags. Need to get back to dead on with 6 o'clock hold. I ordered a new set with lower front sight. Need some fitting. Which i enjoy anyway.
Report to follow.

That DOES look nice. Good contrast. And the thumb groove is kinda out of place, IMO. Just leaving it natural like the other side would prolly look neat Good work!
