+1 on sending it back if you're not happy.

Then again, a new Bersa is going to look like that after a few trips to the range.

They can provide another one. But one thing I am not sure is that the serial number on the frame seems to be carved (very irregular) instead of stamped as seen on the pics they send me. What you guys think? Anybody encountered serial number in that style?

Fired it at range. Got 5 malfunction out of 25 rounds. The chipped corner is where the slide stops on. When dry circling, the slide can rest on it with an empty mag. When firing, it cannot stop after the last round. The recoil also half dropped the safety and disconnected the trigger mechanism for several times. How to deal with it?

I still vote for sending it back for a replacement.

Send it back! All those issues are fixable, yes. But will end up costing you time and money on replacement parts. You should not have to deal with that in a new gun. Especially having paid the hand pick fee. Send it back!

Is it worth keeping it for $210?

Not if it doesn't function to your satisfaction.

Will AIM give you a replacement?

Yes, they provided another better looking one. I have not fired the new one yet. I am wondering to keep the old one for a discount price or pay to ship it back. How much to fix the problems? Will changing springs work?

Glad to hear they made good. What is the "discount" price? If it is low enough it might be worth it as a parts gun. Butthat is all dependant on what that "discount" price is. If you do end up buying it you will have a complete pistol as either a spare parts gun or to fix a it at a time as maybe a future "project" gun, maybe to finish differently or put on exotic grips or sights etc. Could be fun but only if the price is right.
