Pre- and Post-1972 Parts Compatibility

Post by flyer92 »

Been trying to scrounge up spare parts for my 1970 P-64, but just curious if the trigger bar and slide stop lever (seen here: http://www.robertrtg.com/store/pc/P64-c202.htm) are the same for both pre- and post-1972 P-64s. I have ready plenty about the different style magazines, hammers, etc., but just need to know if at least these two parts are compatible across the full span of production. This P-64 newbie would appreciate any assistance and/or recommendations...many thanks!

Yes, those two should be compatible. However I'd shop around a little more. The user "laukart" on Gunbroker has those new for cheaper.

Thanks, Weasel...yes, I was definitely planning to go thru Laukart. The website I posted is out of those parts, and I haven't seen any other sources, even online. Really appreciate the response and advice!
