Thanks from FNG

Post by Dan019 »

Thank you Brigade for your links to assembly /disassemly, it saved me from having to send back my new/used gun.

Just got it Thursday, took it apart Friday and when I removed the slide, the spring came off the trigger. After downloading and reading the information I was able to get it back up and running. Took it out to shoot on Sunday and discovered what everyone else already knew. This is one nice, accurate little CCW pistol. BTW I tried shooting the first DA shot using my left forefinger over my trigger finger and was quite accurate that way. Anyone else doing that?

I intend to Duracoat this gun and replace the grips (mine are cracked).
Any suggestions on how far down to disassemble? Completely or try to tape off the firing pin spring, etc?

Again thanks for the info

The spring came off the trigger when you removed the slide? :?:

Item 19 became disconnected from item 21.

Anyway all good now. I actually duracoated (stone) this weekend.

Tried twice to upload pictures but it didn't take
