They are an interesting "piece" as it's not much of a gun anymore. Someone was trying to sell one for a long time on Gunbroker. They wanted a gob of money for it $300+ or something like that. They even show a picture of one of these on the Polish version of the P-64 manual that you can find on their website. http://katowice.szkolapolicji.gov.pl/?page_id=1076

You can find the P-64 manual under Publikacje, then Publikacje 2009. It will be a little ways down and you'll find the one for the P-83 and P-64. You can save it as a PDF file on the computer, then upload it to Google translator and it will roughly, I mean roughly translate it for you. But it doesn't include the pictures in the translation.
