It happened with my CZ82 due to a weak slide stop spring. During recoil the slide stop would jiggle upwards and lock back prematurely. Get a new one from Norm and you should be set.

Recently I've shot probably half a case of Wolf. They've worked just fine for me. At some point before that I was getting Brown Bear, which I think should have the tagline "Smells just like burning electronics!" somewhere on the box, but shoots fine, and then before that had some Silver Be...

Unfortunately I found that upgrading the recoil spring had no perceivable effect on felt recoil, to me.
