I diassemble/assemble in a large plastic bag with some of my pieces after learning the hard way also, it has saved me on a few occasions.

Search the forum I think there something similar being discussed except the burrs were on the left side and it was speculated that it was caused by the slide slipping when trying to assemble or disassemble and it slamed into end of the chamber.

The fix was to smooth them out or leave them be IIR.

Yea I have the 22lb recoil spring aand it is still a bit snappy on the recoil.

If you can't find one you could go this route at centerfire for the gunsmith special. But after shipping and transfer fees you will probably be into it for over $100.
