I highly recommend you buy at least one of these fine little guns. Deadly accurate, small, powerful, beautiful, and very inexpensive. What's not to love?
I'm calling it the best concealed carry piece for under $200 (Bersa, eat your heart out!).

amd6547, just make sure not to use the leather as a case for storing your gun. Leather and gun metal do not make nice on a long term affair.

Well, I went to the range yesterday and like I said in a different post, put 138 rounds of Silver Bear HP ammo through it without a hitch (except for the weird case bulge - I won't be using it again). The DA pull was heavy - but, in a situation where I needed to call upon this little guy to save me ...

Did I almost blow my gun up?
Went to shoot today and put 138 rounds of Silver Bear 115 gr hollow points down range. Not one hiccup or malfunction. But...
I retrieved some spent casings and noticed a bulge down near the bottom. I'll post pics when I can, but, is it the ammo or the gun?
It was surgical, I must say...

I have updated the website with some flash buttons and a permanent link to the board. Navigation is a lot more clear now with these buttons. Also, I've created a new part of the site specifically for the "Specs" using little icons coordinatig with their purpose. The specs have been removed...

New way to carry
You mean you used part of the 12 pack carton to slide into the inside pocket so from the outside it appeared flat?

P-64 Grips
Mine has the thumb shelf on the ledt grip. It's a '77 from SOG. I've not had the opportunity to hold a 64 with flat grips, but I can tell you the shelf adds about 1/4" to the thickness of the gun. This isn't really a problem for me, as I intend to find a nice shoulder rig to carry this one. I t...

How close are PPK grips to ours?
Has anybody checked to see how close the grips are to one another? Is there any chance they could fit?

Good to hear. My other guns have this slight wiggle, so I figured it was fine. My manual is the exact same one. Th epictures in mine a little more clear, however, they are still a dot-matrix type of print and don't scan very well. As far as I know, the manual posted on the forum is the only one arou...

I got a P-64 from SOG today - 3 mags and instruction manual. It's a 1976 with the thumbrest (ugh!), otherwise as stated by everyone else - new (blue still on the feed ramp). My question is: When I hold the grip with one hand and pinch the slide with the other, I try to wiggle it a bit and it rocks m...

Just wondering if it gives a bit more control over the P-64's bark. ;D
