Replacing the mainspring for lighter DA pull
Just replaced the mainspring with the 16# Wolff that I got from Cruiser(thanks Cruiser for the quick mail). It certainly does make the DA pull much nicer. As I have not fired the first shot with the gun yet, I can't comment on anything else but it sure seems to be a neat gun for the money. Oh, I pos...

custom grips
My grips have the sharp edge at the meeting line also. I have not shot it yet but I imagine it could cause some discomfort. I may even file it down a little. Also I would love to get rid of the thumbrest also.

How are you carrying the P-64?
Just got mine on Sunday so I've just started carrying it but I carry with the safety on,loaded. It should be very safe in this condition. One note, the safety action is much better since I loaded it up with Tetra teflon gun grease and worked it quite abit. Smoothed right out.

gun show report
New member here and new P64 owner. Bought mine at the gun show in Ft.Myers, Fla today for $149.00. Sold a Beretta 21(22 cal) for $170.00 about 2 minutes after I walked in the dooor. Beretta worked fine but wanted something with a bit more punch. Will let you know more about the P64 after I shoot it ...
