Can someone over 18, under 21, carry in car?
This is just a general handgun question, but a 19 year old friend of mine will be receiving a handgun for his birthday. Living in Florida, can he legally have it loaded in his car (holstered with thumb-break in glove-box). Of course, he doesn't have a Concealed Weapons License. I thought I read some...

Redesigned grips and replacement offer
So, I went ahead and gorilla glued the crack ont he top back of my wood grips, when I noticed that there was a second smaller crack on the other side of the back. So I gorilla glued that crack, following Bzinggg's advice. But I got a little worried about calling it safe to shoot with these repaired ...

Redesigned grips and replacement offer
Thanks for the tips, guys. I'm gonna try some Gorilla glue and Bzinggg's method. Dennis, everyone here knows the high quality of your grips. But not everyone gets the chance to see how good of a businessman you are! Thanks for offering to replace the grips. Its rare these days to find people that st...

Redesigned grips and replacement offer
HELP.... I recently purchased some Red Wattle checkered grips from Dennis and tried them out for the first time at the range last week. After half a box of Silver Bear FMJ's, I noticed a hair-line crack on the top of the backing. What should I do to keep from further damaging the grips. I really lov...

A PPK clip fitting a P-64?
Good detective work RedFestiva. I knew I saw it somewhere, but I just couldn't re-find it. I was beginning to think I was crazy. Yeah I was pretty sure that the measurements and designs for each clip were like apples and oranges. I'm just glad I asked on this forum and not any other. They would have...

A PPK clip fitting a P-64?
Well I definitely saw that written on a forum but after a day's worth of searching, I can't remember or find where I read it. I do remember it was a thread that was highlighting the P-64's shortcomings and not mentioning its high points. Then there was this one member who claimed to own a P-64 and b...

A PPK clip fitting a P-64?
I read on another forum that a guy uses PPK magazines for his P-64. Does anyone have the resources to prove or disprove this rumor? Or is this just a common known fact and I'm just showing my lack of knowledge?

Trolling for New Members.
I am not only new to this forum, but have never joined any other forum before. That in itself says a lot about how much I was impressed by this forum. When I was searching for a CC pistol (anything from .380ACP's to 9mm Lugers) for a month, I decided on my P-64 due to its resemblance of the PPK, chr...

My friend's Kel-Tec .380 vs. my Polish...
Woah Gunney... I guess I just didn't know the Kel-Tec was that poor of a handgun. But for actual owners to openly express their disappointment like that, kinda puts a grin on your face. Given that, that of buddy of mine has an abundance of pride and loves to rub it in how he knows so much more about...

My friend's Kel-Tec .380 vs. my Polish...
Wow... thanks Nickster and Devlin. I had a feeling my Polish was the better gun, atleast for my purposes. I haven't had a chance to hold the Kel-Tec but I can imagine the "toy" feeling it would have. So I'm happy with my $140 purchase. I promised my wife my gun collection would be limited ...

My friend's Kel-Tec .380 vs. my Polish...
So a friend of mine was boasting about how much better his Kel-Tec in .380 is, to my newly received Polish 9x18. After some research and joining this forum I feel he is mistaken - but then again I'm no expert. I just enjoy relieving stress at the range. Are there any P-64 experts that could lend a l...
