Re: Wolf Springs
Don't overlook the grip screws too tight or aftermarket slide on grips squeeze too tight.

Re: Another da trigger question
I believe the weapon is designed to be drawn in two steps. Disengage safety while drawing from holster and once drawn and raising the weapon hold with both hands cock the hammer back with finger off the trigger. It is actually pretty safe in the original configuration and only takes a little practic...

Re: Another da trigger question
I used the Wolff mods for a while. The problem is for every double action there is anything equal and opposite single action.

Re: Polish Iron Mag. Release
Works good with the V0.5 grips. Problem is nobody is sending back the swap. He had to take apart out of one of his weapons rather than have me wait while he ordered a new mag release to convert to the ext release. I'm afraid he is going to discontinue this at some point because some people are greed...

Back to OEM hammer spring
After going through a box 1000 Brown Bear I decided to go back to the original hammer spring and learn myself to shoot SA. 18# spring creates just enough hair trigger. Legally, especially in my state, every shot fired can be called into evidence as well as mods made to the weapon. The light trigger ...

I am directly replying to responses. That is not trolling. Snail, if you got a secret to handling the P64 than share it.

Re: Heavy recoil
I took my P64 to the range on saturday. I have fitted wolf springs, with a lighter hammer spring, that feels great. I also used a 20 lb recoil spring, but the recoil is still pretty heavy. I have the V.05 grips on it, which feel nice. We were shooting 22's, 9's and 45 ACP's. All of them were less r...

Re: Heavy recoil
Btw, since you bring up rifle shooting I can get behind a .300 H&H prone with bipod and keeping square behind it and in the pocket keep my sight picture on target for the next shot. Again, minimizing recoil, pain, fatigue. I can do this for 50 rounds no problem hitting sub moa midrange six to ei...
