Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I believe the slide stop is jammed between the slide and frame in his picture, I figured out fast that during reassembly you need to kind of push it up and inward as you are pulling the slide back and down or it will get wedged between the frame and slide. I find that the original "mechanix" brand gloves work really well. They are thin but tactile enough that you can pick up small things like .22LR brass and the like. Ive used them for years. If you want to get fancy you can buy the extra special cool "tactical" mechanix gloves too...

They also have Starline for $19.29 per 100 which is cheaper and IMO easily as good or better brass. If they run out Grafs has it as well, and Grafs has berrys plated and tmj bullets too if you want them. I just use cut down 9mm and I degrease and nailpolish the headstamps so I can identify them.
