Re: My Second Range Report
i have read about the magazine falling out of the gun before, but can't remember where. i think the issue was the lighter hammer spring because it also holds he magazine in place. when the magrelease is pressed you're actually compressing the hammer spring from the bottom. i would try putting the or...

Re: Anyone ever have a Physician ask them if they own a fire
those damb swimming pools... actually, my neighbor, is a surgeon. i talked him into going shooting with me last year... he absolutly loved it. (a good shot too, i may add. expecially for a first timer.) he's looking to buy a pistol / hand gun for home security, but wants to take a class first. smart...

Re: cleaning cases
just a quick note before i head to bed. i just read a snippet from the "modern reloading, second edition" (by richard lee) that if you size clean brass, the brass will "build up" inside the die over time. it's recomendend to size all the brass when it's "dirty" becuase ...

Re: cleaning cases
thanks Norm, I'll just have to mess around to see what works best, i did discover the primer pockets seem easier to clean after tumbling for a while. Im sure if i used thw washing machine, my wife would cut my balls off . if i figure something that works super slick I'll let you know. Thanks Again.

cleaning cases
I finally have gotten most of my reloading stuff, (ordered it in Feb.) and while im waiting to find small and large pistol primers, i decided to prep all the cases. my question is what order do you clean the cases? I first removed all the primers, then do i tumble them to clean them, or should i cle...

Re: Another new Member / Ammo question

Re: New P-64 Cleaning Mags
As for the safety, yes it is very stiff. but i can pop it up using my thumb. it does hurt a tad. as for the gun and magazines... i bought my gun from a local place and im pretty sure the cleaned all the crap out. i took the gun home, ran some rags through it and threw som gun oil on and have never h...

Re: Current Run on Supplies?
I agree, not all liberals are gun haters, but most are. so in turn, people get thrown into the group. As for the dems in office, seems as if they are trying to make us socialist county, the scary thing is we are a lot closer than most believe. they tax the crap out of whatever they can, in turn, cau...

Re: Current Run on Supplies?
i know curly, its like a lot of the gun haters don't realize how fun, exciting. and relaxing it is to shoot. they've grown up in homes with no firearms and only get the bad gun news from the biased media. i really focus on all the things that need to be done to keep evryone safe and show them how it...

Re: Current Run on Supplies?
i do remeber the tax increase talk a while back. it is truly amazing that Obummer and the rest of his czars are so against the second ammendment, but the only thing they been able to do is put more guns and ammo into all the homes of law abiding citizens. i guess that is liberal logic at its finest....

Re: Current Run on Supplies?

Current Run on Supplies?
I am just wondering if anyone has any idea when websites will start stocking supplies again. I just bought 10 boxes of PPU Mak. from AIM about 2 weeks ago, and EVERYTHING else was out of stock. I cant find reloading supplies, primers, powder, bullets, anywhere. There are also very slim pickings at a...
