Are new production Zasatava m57's as good as old ones?
I'm considering a new production M57. Has anyone had experience with them or know of any comparisons to the old Yugoslavian ones? I have a Romanian Tok and might collect one of each variety for the fun of it! Thanks for any info.

Re: CZ 82 question
I bought a cz82 that had been completely stripped and refinished in duracoat from mach1arsenal and am totally happy with it. It looks like a brand new gun. They have different color combos available. Mine is all black. Mine is a GREAT shooter with a light trigger pull. Based on my experience I would...

Mauser HSc pistol
I sent an inquiry to "Other 9x18's" a couple of days ago when I should have sent it here! Does anyone know anything about the Mauser HSc 380 pistol? No plan to carry-- just like the piece. It was made in Italy by Renato Gamba for Mauser of Germany. Imported by TSA of North Kansas City, MO ...

Mauser HSc
I am looking at a Mauser HSc 380. Not for carry. I just like the pistol and I collect "different" guns. It is the modern version with the hard rubber grips. Made by Renato Gamba of Italy (Valley of The Gun) under license of Mauser of Germany. Imported by TSA of North Kansas City, MO. Does ...

Re: Question about Marschal grips
Thanks at2wooden, you answered my question about oil finish on zebrawood. Looks great! I also have short grips (not beavertail) on my P64. I prefer the short grip's look over the long grip. Good shooting to all and God bless! Nightwatch.

Question about Marschal grips
I have grips from the Marschal brothers for my P64 and love them. I recently bought a beautifully refinished (duracoated) CZ82 and want to buy some grips for it. My question is what are the oil finished grips like? Does anyone have them? Are you pleased with them? Do they have any gloss? Do you need...

Silver Bear ammo?
Does 9x18 Silver Bear hollow point ammo have a steel core like their fmj? Indoor range here doesn't allow steel core ammo. But Bear hollow point ammo is still much cheaper than other brands.

Re: Any Mosin Nagant fans?
Hey DoubleTap, I'm a Mosin Nagant fan alright! I own an M44 manufactured in 1944. It's a beauty too. I wish I could post pics, but I'm a dummy at this. I proudly display my M44 on a unique barn wood rack I made myself. It's a fine shooter also. And I love the price of surplus ammo. Just like your pi...

Re: My P-83
All right! Looks good. How does it shoot compared to your P64 & PA63? Sounds like you're getting into the 9x18's. Is a Makarov next? Where did you buy the P83 from and were you happy with it if it was an internet purchase?

Re: New P-64 owner here!
Hey Double Tap, thanks for the reply. There is a local shop I visit often that has a PA63 in MINT condition, but he wants $240 for it. I've been holding off buying it because I thought that was just too high. Your PA63 just confirms that I need to wait. The temptation has been great, but I think I'l...

Re: New P-64 owner here!
Hey Double Tap, welcome to the site! I love my P64, and I'm thinking of adding a PA63 to my collection. What did you have to pay for your "like new" PA63 and did you buy it local or over the net? If over the net what was the price with shipping, and who did you buy from? Post a picture of ...

Re: SOG vs J&G P-64s
I have not dealt with SOG but the things I'm reading here about FFL dealer having to call them and verify etc., etc., doesn't make me want to deal with them. I bought a P64 from J&G and couldn't have been simpler (no phone calls by FFL or anything) and the pistol was fantastic condition and ship...
