Well, I bought two about 3 months ago and Love them both. 1 looks like it was never issued and the other just has some holster wear on the front of the slide, other than that they are perfect. and they are 1968 and 1969 editions. Well, I guess I should get into this also!! Was born and raised in the Fremont, Ohio area Till I made the US Navy a career.. Then Retired for the first time here in Virginia.. In the Hampton Roads area.. !! So Hello and Hope to get to know Y'all much better in the future.

Not counting my long guns...

Polishing Feed Ramp & Chamber
I just use regular Polishing Compound to a mirror surface and clean it, then lube it well with Break Free and let it soak into the pores of the metal to inhibit corrosion.

Hey it may really help to polish the feed ramp. When I first fired mine it would sometimes seem to ram the round against the feed ramp and flip the round vertical before the slide closed.
