Star Modelo Super 9mm Largo
I wish I would have bought a destroyer carbine back in 1993-94 when they flooded the country along with Star mdl. Supers. The Destroyer carbines were only $100. or so,now when you can find one, they are $300.+ I have a Star Super made in 1951,and absolutely love it.-Very accurate gun, more accurate th...

9mm barrel for CZ52
I like my CZ-52,but it has a pretty heavy trigger. Romanian surplus ammo from J&G is cheap also, but inspect your cases!-I had 120 rds. with split case necks-even with the bad ammo, the surplus was cheap&sure-fire.

Anyway, very nice collection. I bought a Romy "G" kit for $100. in 2006,Had a master build it for me on a Nodak Spud receiver(NDS-1)-the premium receiver with step down rails,he only charged me $125.,and he even refinished the receiver for me.The NDS-1 was about $100. delivered including my...

Polishing Feed Ramp & Chamber
Norm,
I used "Brasso" copper, chrome&metal polish with a dremel toll at 6000 RPM's. Turned out pretty good,it's shining real nice!
Thanks for the tip!!-Only one thing left to do;replace the firing pin spring with a Wolf's,maybe.

If it was my gun I would Only shoot 9mm Largo out of it. It's cheap, and available right now.Sarco, sllLc? The differences even in the 38 Super could possible screw up your extractor,so I would only shoot 9mm Largo.Santa Barbera non corrosive from 1977-1981

Unpleasant experience.
I had a bloody trigger finger after 40 rds. Have since replaced the recoil spring with a Wollf 24# er,and I'm going to replace the hammer spring with a wolf 20#,maybe today.-I'm curious to see what difference these 2 springs have on the next trip to the range.

Feed Ramp Polishing
Looks like you took alot of metal off the ramp? I made the mistake once of drinking a few molson ice's and going at the feedramp with a dremel grinder, when I was done with that gun(Chinese TT 9mm pistol),it wouldnt even feed fmj. I've got to polish my ramp up on my P-64.Is that red jewlers stuff in ...
